Ramona graduated in 2013 from the University of Bucharest Law School is currently a fully qualified lawyer in the Bucharest Bar.
She started her legal career in 2013 as a junior associate with a Bucharest-based international law firm working on a wide range of corporate issues, regulatory matters and direct client representation before regional and central government agencies. The clients included telecom, agricultural and renewable energy companies. Ramona has often been part of multi-jurisdictional teams of legal professionals.
She further refined her professional abilities by attending the National Institute for Lawyers trainings (2014-2015), completing an internship in Human Rights Law (August-September 2012) and competing in moot courts for Civil Procedure (2011) and Constitutional Law (2010). In addition, she has participated in several conferences on competition law, health law and diplomacy.
She is a definitive lawyer from 2015 and currently holds the position of associate lawyer with Rizoiu & Poenaru SCA.
